Initial/Detail Cleaning
All Hands On Deck! - We start by doing the initial/detail cleaning. Our initial/detail cleaning consists of cleaning everything in your home or office top to bottom and side to side, including main windows (interior only), and with in our reach. We sanitize bathroom(s) and deep clean all other rooms, including our favorite living space, the kitchen! We charge hourly for this service (15mins increments), and we recommend it to all new accounts, especially if you have not maintained your home or office in the last 4 weeks.
During the initial/detail cleaning you are in charge of the crew’s time, therefore if you want the crew to concentrate on a specific room(s), or spend an exact number of hours, feel free to give them your instructions or let your account representative know the exact number of hours you would like us to spend in your home or office. Please keep in mind that the time limit you give the team might not be sufficient to deep clean all rooms due to its condition and/or size.
To help you stay in time-budget, we encourage you to have the home or office ready for our arrival so we can focus on cleaning.
We recommend this service to on-call accounts, one time cleanings, and, post construction cleaning.
Scrub/Clean/Sanitize bathroom shower, bathtub, toilet, glass doors, vanity, lights and mirror.
Dust frames, lamps and knickknacks
Remove cobwebs
Dust ceiling fan blades
Dust baseboards, and door frames.
Dust furniture (including table and chair legs), woodwork, and shelves. *We do not lift or move heavy furniture.
Clean under beds (if not used for storage)
Vacuum closet floors (if empty)
Empty wastebaskets and reline (if liners supplied)
Stairs and banisters vacuumed or hand-wiped
Remove smudges from walls, & doors
Wipe light switches and faceplates
Dust laundry room, wipe-down exterior of washer and dryer.
Clean kitchen walls, countertops, cabinets, stove, appliances, exterior of refrigerator & oven (if needed), inside & out of microwave.
Hand-wash up to 10 dishes/items. Anything over 10 items will add more time to the service.
- We do not load/unload dishwasher unless requested prior to the appt. If you need us to run/use the dishwasher, you will need to provide video instructions to the office prior to the appt.
Dust main blinds, and interior windows & window sills, all others must be requested prior to the appt. **If you need ALL interior windows & blinds cleaned, it will take extra time, the extra time needed will be based on its condition. Please inform us if you want ALL windows & blinds so we can add more time to the service.
Vacuum, and damp mop hard surface flooring.

Regular Cleaning/Maintenance
Residential
Regular Cleaning consists on cleaning the main traffic areas and main interior windows, all other areas and windows get rotated per visit. A regular cleaning has a time limit, which is based on the size of your home/office, home traffic, condition, service frequency, special requirements, and budget. This service will help you maintain your home clean. Here’s what our Regular Cleaning covers, and please keep in mind that you can customize it to fit your needs:
Residential
Kitchen - Handwash dishes (1 – 10), wipe all appliances, clean exterior of refrigerator & oven, wipe counter tops, clean inside, wipe all kitchen cabinets, wipe kitchen walls, corners, and baseboards, clean stove, clean light fixtures & switches, mop/vacuum floors.
**Cleaning inside of refrigerator, freezer and/or oven are a add-on service, must be requested prior to appt. If you need us to run/use the dishwasher, you will need to provide video instructions to the office prior to the appt.
Bathrooms - clean light fixtures, sanitize toilet, deep clean shower & bathtub, clean all glass doors, clean bathrooms doors & door frames, wipe down all walls, clean baseboards, sanitize sink(s), clean mirrors, clean all floor corners, wipe counter top(s), wipe clean all cabinet doors and around edges, clean all knickknacks such as pictures frames, candle holders, etc.., vacuum/mop floors.
Dusting - dust bedrooms, living room(s), office(s), dinning room(s), family room, laundry room, den & hallways. Make bed(s) if requested, dust all appliances: TV, Lamps, ceiling fans, entertainment equipment, computers, dust mirrors, clean light switches, dust knickknacks: picture frames, candle holders, etc.., vacuum sofas (every other visit), remove cobwebs, dust dressers & closet doors, vacuum tracks, wipe main walls (all others every other visit), clean baseboards, wipe clean main doors/door frames. **Cleaning of large wall mirrors & chandeliers are a add-on service and must be requested prior to appt.
Floor/Windows - clean interior main windows & window sills (all others get rotated per visit), dust main blinds/shutters (all others get rotated per visit), mop/vacuum floors & carpets. **Please note that we do not clean window screens.
Light Laundry (add-on service, must be requested prior to visit) and up to 1 load of laundry wash, dry, fold and put away. If you need us to run/use the washer & dryer, you will need to provide video instructions to the office prior to the appt.
Outside Furniture (add-on service, must be requested prior to visit) – clean/wash your patio furniture, per visit or per request.

Move In / Move Out Cleaning
While moving can be exciting, it can also be very stressful, but we're here to help! Our move in/out service covers top to bottom cleaning, and we can also clean exterior windows (within our reach - no ladders - add-on service).
Dust top the bottom including ceiling fans and interior windows (within our reach).

Wipe down baseboards and walls
Clean inside all cabinets and drawers (must be emptied).
Clean closets (must be emptied)
Scrub/Sanitize toilet, showers and bathtub, glass shower doors, vanity (we do not clean clogged toilets or sinks)
Clean/Sanitize all surfaces, including light & light switches, doors and door handles.
Clean kitchen countertops, appliances, including the exterior and interior of the refrigerator (refrigerator must be emptied), interior and exterior of microwave and oven.
Sanitize/clean sinks and countertops.
Vacuum, and mop floors.
Clean blinds (add-on service, must be requested prior to appt).

*** Our Move-out Cleaning service does not cover the removal of heavy and/or excessive items/trash left by tenant.
